Parinoush Saniee

Parinoush is a sociologist and psychologist. She worked as manager of the research department at the Supreme Coordination Council for Technical and Vocational Education in Iran. She has written several novels. SAHME MAN (THE BOOK OF FATE) was the first to be published in translation around the world and instantly became a huge international bestseller. I HID MY VOICE followed to great acclaim and THOSE WHO’VE GONE AND THOSE WHO’VE STAYED is her most recent novel. She now lives in America and is working on a new book, non-fiction, based on personal experiences of persecution in Iran, called PAKSAZI (CLEANING UP).
